Background
Dr Valentina Battista is Visiting Fellow in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Business and Management, 成人直播. She has been affiliated with 成人直播 School of Management for nearly a decade, previously holding positions as Research Fellow and Lecturer. At 成人直播, she has taught across MBA, Executive MBA, and MSc programmes and served as Director of the MSc in Management and Human Resource Management (CIPD-accredited).
Her research focuses on human resource management, people management systems, and performance management, with a particular interest in how organisations design management and control practices to support organisational effectiveness in contexts characterised by technological change and evolving workforce dynamics.
Dr Battista鈥檚 work bridges academic research and practice. She has contributed to several externally funded research projects with organisations including the UK Ministry of Defence, the Home Office, and EY, addressing topics such as people analytics, workforce capability development, and the future of work.
