Her work ensures that all assets move progressively toward net zero operational and embodied carbon performance, while supporting commercial resilience and long term value creation.
With over 14 years of experience in the real estate sector, and more than eight years specialising in ESG- Ana has built a strong track record in developing and delivering sustainability strategies that drive tangible results. She has shaped frameworks that evaluate decarbonisation potential, introduced approaches to enhance operational efficiency and building performance, and supported portfolio wide transition plans aligned with net zero pathways.
Ana is passionate about helping the industry accelerate positive environmental and social impact. She champions innovation, behaviour change and cross sector collaboration, working closely with colleagues, partners and wider stakeholders to embed sustainability principles that deliver meaningful, lasting change.
