The Engineering Photonics Centre is housed within an extensive suite of purpose built laboratories, constructed under funding from the Science Research Infrastructure (SRIF) initiative. Our research facilities include:

  • A range of laser facilities
  • Optical fibre grating fabrication
  • Optical gas sensing and gas handling
  • Class 100 & 1000 clean rooms
